STATEMENT
In connection with information regarding a cyberattack and attempts to impersonate accommodation facilities and their employees, we declare that our company, Tatry Top, has no connection whatsoever with such activities.
The situation arose as a result of actions taken by third parties and unauthorized interference with communication systems over which the company had no control. This is not the result of actions by our employees or our official customer service systems.
We also inform that, as a limited liability company, we do not bear responsibility for actions undertaken outside our official communication channels.
We emphasize that:

the only phone numbers from which the reception desk contacts guests are the official numbers provided by the company (published on our websites);

the company does not send requests for payments via unknown phone numbers, messengers, or links;

no funds should be transferred and no personal data should be provided in response to suspicious messages or calls.
